Register – Deregister do_not_disturb_on fastfood schedule shopping_bag room_service



The user interface is divided into three columns: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
do_not_disturb_on fastfood Registering or deregistering is very simple: just tap.
schedule shopping_bag room_service If you arrive earlier or later, would like to take your food with you, or you are ill and need to eat in your room: simply tap and hold and a menu will appear for you to choose from.
For the ‘other time’ and ‘meal to go’ options, you can specify a time: when will you be eating or when would you like to pick up your meal to go.
Registrations – Overview swap_horizontal_circle

You can access the overview of meal registrations via the swap_horizontal_circle button in the top right-hand corner. The number of registrations for the meals of a day can be found in the green area.
local_cafe local_dining local_bar By tapping on the meal symbol, you can sort by the respective column (those registered appear first).
person_add Guests can also be easily added for one or more days.
Board

You can choose between three types of board in the menu:
- No board: no meal is pre-selected.
- Half board: only breakfast and dinner are pre-selected. Optionally, lunch can also be pre-selected at weekends.
- Full board: all meals are pre-selected.

Statistics insert_chart



insert_chart The statistics for the user (green) provide an overview of the meals for each month. It is also split up according to status.
insert_chart The statistics for all users (blue) can be displayed with or without the splitting by status. This data can also be exported as an Excel table: table_view
Both views can be found in the menu (if you have the necessary permission).
Time limit lock_clock


A time limit can be activated in the menu: lock_clock
After the set time, no user can register or deregister on the current day, but can only register as a late arrival. However, changes can still be made in the overview of meal registrations.
Info for all info

info Users with the corresponding authorisation can publish information for all users.
info The info icon with the message then appears for all users in the menu bar at the top.
User administration supervised_user_circle

supervised_user_circle User permissions can be set in the user administration (see menu).
The user and all their data can also be deleted. Caution: this operation cannot be undone.
Information to the kitchen



Each user can write a note for each day, which then appears in the registration overview (yellow area).
To do this, simply tap on the desired date on the left-hand side of the screen.
In the user view, the small red info symbol info below the date indicates that a note has been written for this day. It can be changed or deleted at any time.
FAQ
- To change or cancel your subscription, select monetization_on subscription management in the menu.
- You will then be forwarded to the Stripe login page, where you need to enter the email address you used to create the list. You will then be sent a link by email that will take you to the subscription management page.
- There you can change or cancel the subscriptions.



It is possible to delete the meal entries of a user or guest from a certain date onwards. To do this, tap and hold on the name of the user or guest in the meal registration overview. You will then be asked whether you really want to delete these entries.

To change your username, simply tap on your name in the menu bar. An input field will then open where you can change the name.


To change the password for the list, open the supervised_user_circle user administration.
There, tap on the password symbol password in the top right-hand corner.
You will be asked for the new password.
